What can you expect upon being appointed?

Upon qualifying and being appointed as a police officer, you will be assigned to training as well as to one of the Operations Bureau teams. New officers are assigned to a field training officer for a period of 60 working days, during which they will receive extensive training. In this program, you will become acquainted with and learn the fundamental phases of police work as well as the procedures of the department.
